User-friendly interface
Ikioma Medical Centre needed a mobile application to improve the use and accessibility of e-services.
Expert assistance was needed in the design and feasibility assessment of the application to ensure that the technical requirements were met and the integration went smoothly.
"The preliminary study was carried out in good collaboration, through discussions and joint brainstorming. The project adequately considered healthcare regulatory requirements, such as system classification and registration matters. Communication with the patient information system provider was proactive, and we often only needed to confirm matters. We received realistic and suitable suggestions, which enabled us to plan further steps. The process was very transparent. Based on the thorough preliminary study, we decided to continue the project towards the development of Ikioma's mobile application. The insights from the preliminary study could be utilized as the project progressed, allowing us to get directly to the heart of the matter."
