Recruitment is ongoing and we are constantly looking for new metalworkers for various software positions.

Metatavu is a young growth company.
We mainly make software for our customers, but we also have our own product development.

We are a software company and a team organisation.
That means we need people who get on well with each other, who can hold a keyboard in their hands and who are not deathly afraid of technology.
It would be good if you have dreams and a desire to grow with Metatavu.

But we do not necessarily know what the future needs will be.
What is clear is that software development is increasingly about designing solutions, working with people and much more than just coding.

Roles and areas of expertise of interest include at least:

  • Junior- and senior-level front, back and full-stack code work
  • Architecture
  • Designing digital services
  • Scrum master (although we are not a scrum house) and product ownership
  • Delivering agile projects
  • DevOps and cloud infrastructure

There is a desperate shortage of coders who have seen the world and done a bit of work, still have some zest for life left and 2-3 years of experience in the industry.
