In our leadership, we strive for teams to be self-managing, for strategy and goals to be transparent and jointly planned, and for everyone’s voice to be heard.
Metatavu’s culture is unique, and we want to preserve it as we grow and years pass. Although software development can sometimes be hard work, it doesn’t have to feel bad. Work is balanced with enjoyment and a good work-life balance.
