This innovative system enables versatile customer data collection and analysis directly in-store, as well as efficient remote content management. Metatavu conducted a comprehensive investigation project, designed through service design, ensuring seamless system implementation and cost-effectiveness without license fees.

Starting Point

Osuuskauppa Suur-Savo needed a touchscreen system implemented directly in-store at the customer interface, enabling zero party data collection and analysis, as well as efficient content management and presentation.
