Secure and User-Friendly Digital Service Solution for Eloisa

Together with Eloisa, we designed and implemented a digital form system and its associated management service. The solution enables secure electronic services and contact, while providing tools for form management and data processing. Additionally, the system includes an identity and access management solution that ensures user authentication and secure system use.

Starting Point

The South Savo Wellbeing Services County Eloisa wanted to develop its electronic service offering so that communication and form management could be handled easily and securely. The goal was a solution that streamlines everyday operations for both customers and employees while meeting strict data protection and usage requirements.

Actions

The development process began with customer-centric planning, where we created a visual prototype based on Eloisa’s needs. Using the prototype, we ensured that the solution genuinely responds to users’ everyday needs—not just technical requirements. Based on the prototype, we developed a functional system, which we deployed as a continuous service. This ensures that the solution remains up to date and evolves alongside Eloisa’s needs in the future as well.

Outcome

As a result, Eloisa now has a secure and user-friendly digital service solution that enhances communication and administrative processes. The solution reduces manual work, improves data security, and makes electronic services smoother for all users.
